From 2017 to 2019, the Ulysses Quartet served as the resident ensemble at the Louis Moreau Institute in New Orleans, collaborating with composer Morris Rosenzweig. In 2019, they were appointed as Lisa Arnhold Fellows at the Juilliard School, a residency that extended through May 2022.


     ​As part of the North Carolina Museum of Art’s acclaimed Sights & Sounds on Sundays series, the Ulysses Quartet promises an afternoon of masterful artistry and engaging repertoire. Their program will showcase both classical masterpieces and contemporary works, reflecting their dedication to expanding the string quartet tradition. has garnered top prizes at prestigious competitions, including the Grand Prize and Gold Medal at the 2016 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, First Prize at the 2018 Schoenfeld International String Competition, and victories at the Vietnam International Music Competition and the American Prize. They also secured Second Prize at the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition.

​       Their performances have graced esteemed venues such as Alice Tully Hall, Jordan Hall, the Taiwan National Recital Hall, and the Harbin Grand Theatre. Notable engagements include appearances at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Premiere Performances of Hong Kong, and the Naumburg Orchestral Concerts. The quartet is equally committed to community outreach, bringing music to unconventional spaces like farmers markets and living rooms, aiming to reach audiences who might not typically attend formal concerts.
